from burn out to balance

12 years ago, as I was pursuing my lifelong dream of making it in the music industry, I hit a wall, burnt out, and spiraled into depression. Sound and energy healing became my lifeline, restored balance and became an integral part of my healing toolkit. Now, I'm on a heartfelt mission to guide others on their journey to reclaim balance and support them every step of the way. I specialize in burnout recovery, guiding individuals towards liberation from the constant hustle and bustle of daily life, and ultimately elevating their quality of life. I focus on assisting busy executives, artists and family individuals.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?

Sound Healing is a science-based practice that leverages the concept of resonant frequencies and entrainment. It recognizes that our bodies, like tuning forks, have their unique vibrations. During Sound Healing, external sounds synchronize with our body's frequencies, promoting relaxation and balance. Scientifically, it has been shown to reduce stress and improve overall well-being by fine-tuning our body's systems, much like tuning a musical instrument for perfect harmony.
